MARYANNE WANCA-THIBAULT, Ph.D.

Organizational Development & Leadership Strategist and Executive Coach

Maryanne has over 20 years experience as an Organizational and Leadership Development Strategist, Executive Business Coach, and Educator. She works with key stakeholders across industries to create long-term strategy and comprehensive metrics for maximizing “people potential” and developing successful leaders. Maryanne uses a communication-based methodology to help organizations effectively navigate the complexities of change and align business strategy, culture, structure, and people with change initiatives.

She has extensive experience in executive needs assessment and analysis, culture, change management, conflict resolution, and team building in both publicly and privately held organizations. She has worked extensively with family owned businesses in transition.

Maryanne has a Doctorate in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She is a recognized communication scholar and practitioner with a special interest in curriculum development, both in the academic and corporate university environments. She currently works for Regis University as Adjunct Faculty in the Graduate Leadership/MBA and the Undergraduate Communication Programs.

She is certified in a number of assessment instruments including the Bar-on EQi® Caliper Trait Inventory, The HR Chally Instrument™, and Meyers-Briggs®. Her coaching certification is from the Center for Cognitive Coaching.

Steve has successfully hired, trained, mentored, coached and led numerous national and regional sales teams. He has successfully launched and managed multimillion-dollar national sales initiatives with Fortune 500 clients. His specialty is creating dynamic sales strategies focused on sustainable organizational profitability.

Steve’s experience includes, Vice-President of a Fortune 500 company, Manager of Corporate Accounts for a Fortune 500 company and Western States/Western Canada Regional Sales Manager.

He earned a Master’s of Science in Management with an emphasis in Leadership writing his master’s thesis on the power of retaining customers and employees to maximize organizational profitability and create high performance teams.

As President of Enlighten-360, LLC, Steve is directing his wealth of experience to help companies achieve increased revenue and velocity of growth through improved sales strategies. Steve has seen firsthand how creating and keeping raving fans for your business and products is the path to long-term profitability.
